TikTok Content VA / Editor – Long-Term Role

Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to help manage a high-volume TikTok content workflow.

Videos will range from very short-form clips to longer talking-head/skit-style content. Advanced editing is not required, but speed, accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are extremely important. Some editing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

- Edit and post TikTok videos daily
- Match each video with the correct product link, sound, caption, and account
- Follow detailed posting instructions and content schedules
- Organize and track videos through the editing/posting pipeline
- Communicate quickly if there are questions, delays, or problems
- Learn new workflows and improve efficiency over time
- Help troubleshoot issues independently rather than waiting for step-by-step direction
- Potentially help coordinate/manage content creators as the team grows

Experience with TikTok, short-form video editing, ecommerce, TikTok Shop, or social media content is preferred.

This is a long-term role with the opportunity for increased hours, higher pay, bonuses, and eventually a more senior content-operations/project-management position for the right person.

Desired hours: approximately 25–35 hours/week as workload increases.
Pay: Training rate is $10/day until Editor as able to function independently and completed all training. Then will move to hourly rate $3.50/hour to start with potential increase as efficiency and output improves/increases.
