Customer Service & Phone Sales VA for a US House Cleaning Company (Evening + Weekend US hours)

We're a growing house-cleaning company in Sugar Land, Texas (Houston area). You'll be the voice of our company: answering calls, quoting jobs, booking cleanings, and taking payment — plus screening cleaner applicants and doing follow-ups. Our whole brand is Speed, Communication, Technology: we answer on the first ring, respond in minutes, and treat callers kindly. Full training provided, including a practice simulator and complete step-by-step playbooks — you'll practice until you pass our standard before you ever take a live call. Strong performers grow into an operations lead role as we scale.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM US Central Time (that's 8:00 PM–5:00 AM Philippine time — an evening-start night shift). Occasional weekend coverage may be offered later as we grow.

You must have (non-negotiable):
- Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, easy for American customers to understand
- A quiet, private, dedicated workspace. No coffee shops, no background noise, no barking dogs, no exceptions
- A noise-canceling headset, reliable fiber internet, AND backup internet + power (outages are not an excuse our customers hear)
- On-shift responsiveness: calls answered within 2 rings, messages within 5 minutes, missed calls returned within 15 minutes
- Experience talking to US customers by phone (customer service, sales, or appointment setting)

Pay: $4.00/hr USD to start (~$720/month), paid reliably via Deel, with a performance raise review at 90 days and 13th-month pay.
