Are you a creative, organized, and proactive digital marketing professional who loves creating content, managing social media, and working with WordPress?

We’re looking for a Social Media & WordPress Virtual Assistant to join our remote marketing team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful marketing tasks, help grow our online presence, and work on a variety of creative and digital projects.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Content

Manage and organize content across multiple social media platforms.
Create, edit, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts.
Write compelling captions that capture attention and encourage engagement.
Help plan and maintain content calendars.
Monitor comments and messages and respond professionally and promptly.
Help build and maintain an active and engaged online community.

Creative Content

Edit short-form videos for social media using CapCut and other editing tools.
Create engaging graphics and marketing materials using Canva, AI design tools, and other creative platforms.
Contribute creative ideas for new content and marketing campaigns.

WordPress & Website Content

Upload, format, publish, and manage website content in WordPress.
Create and update pages and blog posts.
Ensure website content is accurate, visually appealing, properly formatted, and optimized.

Marketing & Administrative Support

Assist with digital marketing projects and campaigns.
Support other marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
Take initiative and help identify ways to improve our content and processes.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
WordPress experience is required.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with a high level of fluency.
Experience writing engaging captions and managing social media comments and direct messages.
Proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
Experience with AI design tools and other content creation platforms.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high-quality work.
Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take initiative.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and directives may change.
Available to work during U.S. Eastern Time (EST/EDT) business hours and collaborate with a remote team.
