We're a startup building two online gaming brands (online casinos) serving international markets. We're well-funded, moving extremely fast, and building an AI-first company from day one. We run lean, automate aggressively, and every person on the team is expected to multiply their output with AI tools. You'll work remotely as part of the founding team's inner circle.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a VIP Host / Player Concierge to take personal care of our highest-value players. These are the players who matter most to the business, and your job is to make them feel like the most important customer in the world, because to us they are.

What you'll actually do:
- Be the personal, named point of contact for a portfolio of VIP players
- Welcome new high-value players personally and build a real relationship with them over chat, email, and WhatsApp
- Arrange their perks: bonuses, rewards, special offers, and surprise-and-delight gestures
- Monitor your players' activity and reach out at the right moments: a big win, a quiet week, a birthday
- Handle their questions and problems personally and fast, and chase internal teams until things are resolved
- Keep clean notes on every player so their experience always feels personal
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to personalize outreach and stay on top of your whole portfolio

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We have a clear preference for energetic, hungry people who love this kind of work and want to grow with a young, high-energy startup.

- A natural people person. Warm, charming, and attentive in writing. People remember how you made them feel.
- Excellent English. Your written English must be flawless and your spoken English confident. Both will be tested on a live call.
- iGaming or hospitality experience helps. VIP/CRM work at a casino or betting brand, or high-end hospitality, concierge, or account management. Tell us about it.
- Reliable and flexible with hours. VIPs don't play 9-to-5. You'll work shifts that cover evenings and weekends for international time zones, and when your player needs you, you show up.
- Discreet and trustworthy. You'll know who our biggest players are and what they're worth. Absolute discretion is non-negotiable.

COMPENSATION

$1,500-$2,500 USD per month (approx. PHP 85, ---------- ,000), depending on experience. We pay above market because our VIPs deserve better than average, and there are bonuses tied to the happiness and retention of your players.

Every hire here goes through a live video call with us. We will test your spoken English, we will test how sharp you are, and we will see how you handle real player scenarios.
