JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT US

We're a startup building two online gaming brands (online casinos) serving international markets. We're well-funded, moving extremely fast, and building an AI-first company from day one. We run lean, automate aggressively, and every person on the team is expected to multiply their output with AI tools. You'll work remotely as part of the founding team's inner circle.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a media buyer to run paid acquisition for our casino brands. Junior is fine. What is not negotiable is that you understand the technical side very deeply. Plenty of "media buyers" can click around an ads dashboard. We need someone who actually understands what's happening underneath.

You must understand, in depth:
- How to set up Google Tag Manager properly: containers, tags, triggers, variables
- How to set up and debug pixels and conversion tracking across platforms (Meta pixel, Google tags, server-side events, postbacks)
- How attribution actually works, and what breaks it
- The fundamentals of running spend: CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, budgets, bids, and how to read the numbers honestly
- How to structure campaigns, test creatives, and scale what works without torching the budget

What you'll actually do:
- Own tracking setup end to end: GTM, pixels, conversion events, testing that every event actually fires
- Set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns for our gaming brands
- Monitor spend and performance daily and report the numbers straight
- Test creatives and audiences constantly, kill losers fast, scale winners
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to move faster on analysis, creative variations, and reporting

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We have a clear preference for energetic, early-career people who can go all-in on this role: high energy, fully available, hungry to make this the thing they build their career on. This is a young, high-energy startup environment, and the hours are real.

- Technically deep on tracking. GTM and pixels are not buzzwords to you. You will be tested on this in detail on a live call.
- A real media buyer. You've spent actual budgets and can talk through what you did, what worked, and what you learned when it didn't.
- iGaming experience helps. If you've bought traffic for casino, betting, or gaming offers, tell us. It's a big advantage.
- Fluent English. You'll be on weekly calls with the team, and your spoken English will be tested on the call.
- Honest with numbers. We'd rather hear a campaign is failing than see a dressed-up report. Non-negotiable.

COMPENSATION

$1,500-$2,500 USD per month (approx. PHP 85, ---------- ,000), depending on experience and how deep your technical skills run. We pay above market because we want someone genuinely good, and as our spend grows, this role and its pay grow with it.

THE HIRING PROCESS

Every hire here goes through a live video call with us. We will test your spoken English, we will test how sharp you are, and we will go deep on GTM, pixels, and campaign management. We offer very competitive salaries, so the bar is high: only if you're really good will we hire you. If you're the real deal, you'll enjoy the call.

HOW TO APPLY

Apply directly to Rodney Thomas: email ---------- or WhatsApp ---------- . Applications that skip these steps will not be read:

1. Start your application with the word "Pixel" so we know you read this far.
2. In 200 words or less: walk us through how you would set up conversion tracking for a new brand from zero: GTM, pixels, events, and how you verify everything fires correctly.
3. Tell us about a campaign you've run: platform, budget, CPC/CPA, and what you did when performance dropped.
4. Attach your CV and your LinkedIn profile URL.
5. Optional but a big plus: a 2-minute Loom/video introducing yourself.

We reply fast to strong applications. If you're the person described above, you'll know it. Apply today.
