JOB OVERVIEW

ReachLocal Media is a Dallas-Fort Worth marketing agency that helps local service businesses (HVAC,
electrical, dental, senior care, real estate) show up in Google and AI search without paying for ads. We are
hiring one Sales Development Representative to book qualified calls with US business owners.
This is a cold calling job. You will make 15 to 20+ calls per hour during calling blocks, follow up by email
and LinkedIn, and book 8 to 12 qualified meetings a month. If you have only done chat or email support, this
is not the role. If you have booked appointments for a US company by phone before, keep reading.

Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm US Central. That is 10pm to 4am Manila (11pm to 5am November through
March). You must be reliably available in that window.

Pay
$500 USD per month base, paid monthly by PayPal or Wise. Commission on the first month of revenue
from every client you source, with a higher rate when you hit 10 qualified calls in a month. Plus a residual
on every client you sourced, every month they stay. At target this is $2,000+ per month on top of base, with
no cap. If you book nothing, this is a $500 job. It is priced for people who back themselves.

What you need
At least 1 year of outbound B2B calling or appointment setting for a US or North American company.
Native or near-native spoken English, natural on the phone with business owners. Experience with a CRM
(GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar). A quiet workspace, stable internet, and a headset.
Self-managed. Coachable.

What you get
A real path: SDR, then Senior SDR, then Account Executive. You work directly with the founder, not a team
lead. Paid trial before either side commits.
