JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a reliable, creative, motivated Social Media Growth Assistant + Virtual Assistant to join my wellness and energy-healing company.

This is not just a content posting position. I am looking for someone who wants to learn our brand, understand our audience, help our social media accounts grow, and gradually take on additional responsibilities within the company.

Schedule: Approximately 2-4 hours per day, Monday–Friday (10-15 hours/week)

Primary Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
Turn longer videos and podcasts into engaging short-form content
Write strong hooks, captions, titles and CTAs
Schedule and post content across multiple platforms
Engage with comments and followers
Participate in relevant conversations and engagement on Reddit
Research trends, topics and content opportunities
Review analytics and identify what content is performing
Suggest ways to increase views, engagement and followers
Repurpose content across platforms
Create graphics and social content in Canva
Assist with additional virtual-assistant responsibilities as needed

Email clients/students as needed
Research topics as needed

Skills & Experience

You should be familiar with:

Descript (this can be learned. It's a video editing software)
CapCut
Canva
Instagram
TikTok

Facebook
YouTube
Reddit
Social-media analytics
Short-form video editing and content repurposing
Engagement on these social media profiles with followers
Comfortable posting replies to people's questions on social media and guiding them to download our app.

You should be someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, creative and comfortable working independently.

Most importantly, I am looking for someone who takes initiative, wants to learn, and looks for ways to improve results instead of simply waiting for instructions.

Compensation

$6–$8 USD/hour depending on experience
Approximately 10 hours/week to start

PLUS performance bonuses up to $250 USD/month based on social-media growth and results.

There is an opportunity for increased hours, responsibilities and compensation for the right person.
