About Us
The Hyve Hamptons is a membership community for female founders, business owners, and women building meaningful work. We run monthly breakfasts, workshops, and virtual programming for 200+ members. We are warm, direct, and allergic to corporate fluff.
The Role
We are entering a growth phase - launching a new membership model in October and rebuilding our event operations from the ground up. We need someone to own our event operations and partnership pipeline from behind the scenes. You will be the builder who makes sure our events happen smoothly and our sponsorship revenue grows.
This is a remote role but you must be available during U.S. Eastern Time morning hours (roughly 8 AM - 1 PM EST), which typically means working early evening to late night in the Philippines.
What You Will Do

- Build event pages in Go High Level (GHL) and Circle.so
- Set up member pricing, guest pricing, and comp codes
- Test purchase flows before anything goes live

- Maintain live RSVP lists with member/guest status, dietary needs, and payment status
- Send reminder
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and waitlists

- Light editing and prep of workshop recordings for distribution
- Help get Spark Series and Talk content into the content pipeline

- Your written English is excellent. You can write warm, human
- You are tech-comfortable. You can figure out a new CRM without hand-holding.
- You take initiative. If you see a gap, you fix it or flag it with a solution.
- You are genuinely excited about supporting women in business.
Hours and Pay
- 25-35 hours per week
- $6-9 per hour, depending on experience
- Long-term, stable role for the right person
