JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential and existing customers, and drive revenue through the full sales process.

This role is ideal for a hands-on business development professional who can generate opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, overcome objections, and close business.

This is NOT an appointment-setting role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the sales process and help turn leads and conversations into actual revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify opportunities through warm and cold outreach
Conduct outreach to prospective and existing customers
Manage prospects throughout the sales funnel
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct sales conversations and identify customer needs
Overcome objections and confidently close opportunities
Follow up on quotes, proposals, and potential deals
Track leads, activities, and opportunities in the CRM
Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities
Meet and exceed business development and sales targets

Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on sales or business development experience
Proven experience generating leads and closing business
Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Comfortable with warm and cold outreach
Experience managing a sales pipeline or CRM
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Home Service industry experience is strongly preferred
Experience working with US-based customers is a plus
Management experience is a plus, but not required
Important

We are looking for an actual business development professional—not someone who only sets appointments and passes leads to another sales team.

You should be comfortable taking a prospect from initial conversation → follow-up → overcoming objections → closing.
