Position Overview

Sincere Care LLC is launching a comprehensive operational restructuring. We require a highly skilled AppSheet and Google Workspace specialist to deploy our user-facing front-end interfaces, mobile data collection modules, and administrative dashboards. The technical scaffolding and database columns are completely mapped out; your objective is high-fidelity execution.

Core Responsibilities & Deliverables

AppSheet Ecosystem Build: Construct employee- and director-facing AppSheet interfaces mapping directly to our Google Sheets backend. This includes:
Shift/Time Tracking & Logs (Module 2): Mobile views for daily activity tracking, time block entries, and digital signature capture.
Onboarding Checklist (Module 10): Interactive tracker for new hires to complete assigned steps.
COO Command Center (Module 8): Desktop scorecards displaying agency metrics, compliance health percentages, and active client census logs.
Intake & Validation Architecture: Build the parent-facing enrollment portals using advanced conditional section gates and structural dropdown parameters to prevent free-text entry errors.
Google Sites "War Room" Deployment: Centralize our entire project ecosystem into a single internal Google Site dashboard, embedding active project rosters, live intake forms, and automated document repositories.

Required Technical Competencies
Expert AppSheet Mastery: Deep experience building relational, mobile-first apps, setting up AppSheet automation bot behaviors, offline support, and configuring data sync rules to Google Sheets.
Google Workspace Design: Expert capability in Google Sites layouts, form validations, and embedded sheet synchronization.5
Data Integrity Focus: Absolute commitment to exact structural string matching across dropdown fields to ensure clean handoffs to back-end engineering pipelines.

Onboarding & Legal Requirements
Prior to project kickoff and access to sandbox repositories, the selected candidate must execute a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with comprehensive Intellectual Property (IP) assignment clauses.
