JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a confident, intelligent, and results-driven Cold Caller to contact healthcare facilities and generate qualified business opportunities.

What you’ll do:

Make professional outbound calls to healthcare facilities.
Speak confidently with decision-makers and gatekeepers.
Ask smart questions to identify staffing needs.
Handle basic objections and keep conversations moving.
Follow up with prospects by phone and email.
Record calls, outcomes, and next steps accurately.
Schedule qualified appointments and close sales deals

We’re looking for someone who:

Speaks clear, professional English.
Is confident, persuasive, and personable.
Can think on their feet—not simply read a script.
Understands how to build rapport and ask good questions.
Is comfortable speaking with healthcare administrators and managers.
Has cold-calling, sales, lead-generation, or B2B experience.
Is organized, persistent, and target-driven.

Important: We want a smart caller who can have a real business conversation, recognize opportunities, and know when to push, listen, follow up, or escalate.
