## Sales Consultant – Social Media Management

GCPR HQ is seeking a motivated, confident, and results-driven **Sales Consultant – Social Media Management** to join our business development team.

This position is focused specifically on generating and closing new business for GCPR HQ’s **Social Media Management services**, which are offered through monthly packages designed to help businesses maintain a consistent, professional, and strategic social media presence.

### Primary Responsibility

Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business through **outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and direct business development**, then convert qualified prospects into GCPR HQ social media management clients.

You will identify businesses with an opportunity to improve their social media presence, connect with owners and decision-makers, understand their needs, present the appropriate GCPR HQ package, and close the sale.

### Responsibilities

• Prospect businesses that could benefit from professional social media management
• Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach
• Research businesses and identify opportunities for stronger social presence
• Contact business owners, founders, executives, and decision-makers
• Introduce GCPR HQ’s Social Media Management services
• Conduct discovery and sales conversations
• Determine which package best aligns with the prospect’s goals and needs
• Clearly explain services, deliverables, pricing, and value
• Address questions and objections professionally
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients
• Close new monthly social media management accounts
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales records
• Meet weekly prospecting and monthly sales objectives
• Communicate closed clients to the GCPR HQ team for onboarding

### About the Service

GCPR HQ provides **monthly social media management packages** designed around the client’s brand, audience, messaging, and business objectives.

Depending on the package selected, services may include:

• Professionally designed social media posts
• Short-form video content
• Content planning and strategy
• Community management
• Social media reporting and performance tracking
• Brand-aligned social media execution

Candidates should review the GCPR HQ website and become familiar with the current Social Media Management packages, pricing, and deliverables before beginning outreach.

### Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate understands how to sell recurring professional services and can clearly communicate why a business may benefit from having a professional team manage its social media presence.

Previous experience selling **social media management, digital marketing, marketing services, advertising, creative services, SaaS, or other recurring professional services** is preferred.

You should be:

• Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
• Persuasive without being overly aggressive
• Strong at discovery and consultative selling
• Comfortable discussing monthly service packages and pricing
• Skilled at handling objections and closing
• Organized and consistent with follow-up
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Professional, coachable, and dependable

### Compensation

**$550/month**

This is a performance-oriented position with defined sales expectations. Additional performance incentives may be available based on sales performance and achievement of company goals.

### Schedule

Part-time, approximately **20–25 hours per week**.

Remote position with U.S. business-hour availability preferred.
