JOB OVERVIEW

Elite Peak Performance (EPP) is a premium personal training and performance coaching company based in the Netherlands. We primarily work with Dutch entrepreneurs and professionals who want to improve their physical performance, health and lifestyle.

Our brand is professional, premium, clean and performance-driven.

Our social media content is primarily in Dutch. You do not necessarily have to be a native Dutch speaker, but you must be comfortable working with Dutch-language content and be willing to carefully check translations, spelling, grammar and context before anything is published.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Editor who can take ownership of our social media and help us grow the EPP brand.

The Role

This is not a position where you will receive detailed instructions for every single post.

We are looking for someone who can understand our brand, learn from feedback and gradually manage our social media independently.

Our goal is simple: we want someone who takes work off our plate.

You will receive raw content, brand guidelines, ideas and occasional direction from us, but we expect you to turn this into high-quality content without needing constant supervision.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

* Editing short-form videos / Reels
* Creating premium Instagram posts and carousels
* Creating and working with Dutch captions, hooks and on-screen text
* Checking Dutch text for spelling, grammar and consistency
* Planning the content calendar
* Scheduling and publishing content
* Repurposing raw footage into multiple pieces of content
* Maintaining a consistent premium visual identity
* Coming up with new content ideas proactively
* Reviewing your own work before submitting or publishing
* Learning from feedback and applying it to future work
* Keeping track of content, deadlines and approvals
* Helping improve the overall EPP social media strategy

Depending on your skills, the role can grow into managing more of our complete social media operation.

Working With Dutch Content

This is an important part of the position.

Almost all content you create for EPP will be published in Dutch.

You may use translation and AI tools to support you, but simply copying an automatic translation is not enough. You are responsible for checking whether the final text sounds natural, professional and appropriate for a premium Dutch brand.

If you are unsure about a Dutch sentence or its meaning, we expect you to research and check it before submitting the content.

We are looking for someone who:

* Has experience with social media management and content creation
* Is a strong short-form video editor
* Has a good eye for premium and professional design
* Understands Instagram and Reels
* Can work with Canva and professional video editing software
* Can create strong hooks and content concepts
* Is comfortable working with Dutch-language content
* Knows how to use translation/AI tools effectively and critically
* Is highly detail-oriented
* Can work independently
* Takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions
* Checks their own work carefully
* Remembers and applies previous feedback
* Communicates clearly in English
* Meets deadlines
* Is interested in fitness, performance, business or premium brands

Very Important

We do not want someone who needs step-by-step instructions for every task.

Of course, we will provide guidance and feedback while you learn the EPP brand. However, we expect you to become increasingly independent.

Before sending something for approval, you should ask yourself:

Does this fit the EPP brand? Does it look premium? Does the Dutch text make sense? Is the spelling correct? Have I checked every detail? Is this actually ready to publish?
