JOB OVERVIEW

We’re an Amazon-focused eCommerce brand looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Manager to join our in-house team. This is a long-term position for someone who understands Amazon advertising deeply and can independently manage and improve campaigns.

A minimum of two years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience is required. Experience managing gift products or working with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) is a plus. We are willing to pay well for a highly qualified candidate who can bring real value to the role.

Once you understand our products and goals, you will be expected to take full ownership of your work—monitoring performance, making strategic decisions, identifying opportunities, and solving problems independently.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Manage and optimize Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns
* Review search term, placement, and keyword performance
* Adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and campaign structure
* Identify opportunities to improve sales, ranking, ACOS, and profitability
* Analyze performance across different products and seasonal periods
* Track and document performance in spreadsheets
* Explain your decisions clearly and take ownership of results

**What We’re Looking For:**

* Minimum two years of hands-on Amazon PPC management experience
* Strong understanding of targeting, placements, campaign structure, bidding, and budgets
* Able to make independent, data-driven decisions
* Comfortable working with spreadsheets and analyzing detailed performance data
* Experience managing gift products is a plus
* Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) experience is a plus
* Patient, consistent, and focused on long-term results
* Long-term mindset—this is not a freelancing gig or temporary position

* 45 hours per week during U.S. Eastern Time—this is non-negotiable
* This must be your only job—full commitment is required
* Stable internet connection and a backup power source
