GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert — Remote (Philippines)

Type: Full-Time, Remote
Pay: $6.50–$9.50/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Must overlap with U.S. business hours — 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CDT (Central Time, San Antonio, TX)

About the Role

We're a fast-growing content and real estate operation looking for a true GoHighLevel expert to own and optimize our CRM, automations, and lead-gen systems. This isn't a "click around and hope it works" role — we want someone who knows GHL inside and out and can build systems that run like a machine. You'll be the go-to person for anything and everything HighLevel, working shoulder-to-shoulder with a tight team that's in constant communication throughout the day.

What You'll Do

Build and manage funnels, landing pages, and forms that convert
Design, build, and troubleshoot automation workflows (SMS, email, voicemail drops, pipeline triggers)
Set up and manage pipelines, opportunities, and CRM organization
Configure calendars, booking flows, and appointment automations
Manage SMS/email campaigns, including A2P 10DLC registration and deliverability
Build and deploy snapshots for repeatable systems
Integrate GHL with outside tools via webhooks, ---------- , Zapier, and APIs
Set up conversation AI / SMS bots for lead qualification
Maintain tagging, custom fields, and data hygiene
Build reporting dashboards and pull performance data
Troubleshoot issues quickly and document your processes

Technical Requirements

2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience (agency or in-house)
Deep knowledge of workflows, triggers, and automation logic — you can build complex sequences without hand-holding
Experience with SMS/email marketing and A2P compliance
Comfortable with integrations ( ---------- , Zapier, webhooks/APIs)
Reliable internet and a quiet work-from-home setup
Bonus: experience in real estate, lead generation, or high-volume sales environments
