JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We're a physician-owned med spa launching our online skincare store, and the Shopify build is about 80% done — products, collections, navigation, and theme are already in place. We need a detail-oriented VA to finish the homepage, polish ~85 product listings and images, configure a few apps, and run the pre-launch checklist.

Requirements:
- 2+ years hands-on Shopify admin experience (products, collections, menus, pages)
- Confident in the Shopify theme editor — sections, blocks, app embeds (no coding needed; Prestige theme a plus)
- Basic image editing (Canva or Photoshop) for clean, consistent product tiles
- E-commerce copywriting — tighten product descriptions in a premium brand voice
- App setup experience (shoppable video, email capture/Klaviyo)
- Basic SEO — titles, meta descriptions, alt text
- Meticulous attention to detail and clear, organized communication in English

Bonus: beauty/skincare e-commerce experience
