JOB OVERVIEW

Join our US Home Health team as a Quality Control Officer. You will focus on auditing data entries, patient intake records, and operational logs submitted by our Intake and Care Coordinators to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.

What You’ll Do
1. Review coordinator's notes, intake details, and medical records entered into our system for accuracy and completeness.
2. Ensure all patient data strictly follows HIPAA laws and California Home Health guidelines.
3. Create daily/weekly scorecards to spot repetitive entry errors or operational delays.
4. Share clear feedback with supervisors and work alongside Voice QCIs to keep agency operations seamless.

What We’re Looking For
1. High attention to detail
2. Entry-level candidates are welcome; back-office, data entry, or healthcare admin experience is a plus.
3. Strong written English skills and comfort navigating web-based tools and databases.
4. Willingness to learn US healthcare compliance (HIPAA training provided).

Work Details
Setup: 100% Work From Home
Schedule: Mon–Fri (Fixed Night Shift), 11:00 PM - 8 AM PHT
