Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – Real Estate & Property Management

MGI Restorations — Remote (Philippines) | ~20 hrs/week max | Part-time

About the Role

MGI Restorations is a construction and renovation company based in Central Florida, working with real estate investors, wholesalers, property managers, and realtors on renovation projects. We're looking for a part-time cold caller / appointment setter to help us build outbound relationships with investors and other real estate professionals in our market.

This is a relationship-first outbound role—not a high-pressure sales position. Your job is to confidently open professional conversations, identify potential fit, handle basic objections, and book short 15-minute strategy calls with our team. We value integrity and genuine relationship-building over aggressive tactics or call volume for the sake of volume.

What You'll Do
-Make outbound calls to real estate investors, wholesalers, property managers, and realtors in Central Florida
-Use a provided call script and adapt naturally in conversation
-Log every call and contact in our CRM, moving leads through a clear pipeline
-Book qualified appointments for our team's strategy calls
-Follow a structured follow-up cadence for leads who aren't ready yet
-Report weekly on dials made, conversations had, and appointments booked

What We're Looking For
-Excellent spoken English — clear, natural conversational fluency; this is a phone-first role, not written correspondence
-Prior experience cold-calling or appointment-setting, ideally in real estate (ISA experience a strong plus, but not required)
-Comfortable on the phone, personable, and able to build rapport quickly
-Organized — comfortable keeping our CRM (Close) updated accurately, every call, every time
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to make calls
-Able to work hours that overlap with Eastern Time (US) business hours

Schedule & Compensation
-Approximately 20 hours/week to start (maximum), with potential to grow based on results
-$5-6/hour, based on experience
-Paid weekly via Remitly
