JOB OVERVIEW

I am a technology executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in **AI, enterprise technology, ERP/CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, automation, and digital transformation**.

I run **Ridgepoint Inc.**, focused on AI Automation and AI Agents for businesses, and **DAX Software Solutions**, a Microsoft-focused ERP/CRM consulting and licensing company.

I am looking for a talented **Personal Brand & Social Media Manager** to help build my personal brand around **AI, technology, and practical AI applications for businesses**.

### Goal

Grow my personal brand to **10,000+ engaged followers within 3–6 months**, primarily on **Instagram and TikTok**, while also repurposing content for LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.

### Responsibilities

* Research trending AI, technology, and business topics
* Develop 10–15 strong content ideas/hooks each week
* Help create talking points/scripts for videos
* Edit 7–10 short-form videos per week
* Add captions, B-roll, graphics, screenshots, and engaging visual elements
* Manage posting on Instagram and TikTok
* Repurpose content for YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn
* Monitor comments, trends, competitors, and content opportunities
* Track views, retention, engagement, and follower growth
* Analyze what is working and recommend what we should create next

Our content will focus on:

* Practical AI for businesses
* AI Agents & Automation
* AI use cases and demonstrations
* Microsoft AI/Copilot
* ERP/CRM + AI
* AI news and its impact on businesses
* Technology leadership and digital transformation
* Entrepreneurship and business

### Who I'm Looking For

You should have:

* Strong Instagram Reels/TikTok experience
* Excellent short-form video editing skills
* Understanding of hooks, storytelling, and viewer retention
* Strong English communication
* Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
* Canva experience
* Interest in AI, technology, and business
* Ability to work independently and bring new ideas

I am **not looking for someone who simply schedules posts**. I want someone proactive who studies trends, understands what makes content perform, and helps me build a recognizable personal brand.

This is a **long-term, full-time opportunity** with the potential to grow into a larger Content/Personal Brand Lead role.
