JOB OVERVIEW

We're a commercial dry cleaning and laundry service serving businesses in the New York tri-state area. We're hiring a remote outbound/inbound sales rep to call event planners, catering companies, venues, and similar businesses within 100 miles of the tri-state area, introduce our service, and find out whether their current cleaning vendor is working for them.

Most of these businesses already use someone. Your job is to find the ones who are unhappy, overpaying, or underserved — and get them to work with us.

What you'll do

-Make outbound calls to prospective clients from lists we provide and from leads you can find
-Ask questions to understand their current vendor, volume, and pain points
-Explain our services, pricing, and turnaround clearly
-Send professional follow-up emails with quotes, service details, and next steps
-Log every call and outcome into our CRM
-Follow up with warm leads until they close or clearly say no

Requirements

-Fluent English
-Strong written English — you must be able to write clear, professional emails to business owners
-Reliable high-speed internet
-Quiet, dedicated workspace with no background noise
-Your own computer and noise-cancelling headset
-Available Monday–Friday, 10 AM–4 PM Eastern Time
-Previous cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B sales experience

Compensation

$10/hour USD + commission for every account you secure
