- Build and improve landing pages, offers, and site experiences
- Run a continuous testing program — one active A/B test per live brand
- Execute page pivots when a brand's numbers call for a fix
- Report to the Pod Manager; craft line to the Head of Ecommerce
- Maintain and update stores promos, specials, and any kinds of requests
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Shopify experience required (store build and theme customization)
- You have run real CRO tests and can explain what won, what lost, and why
- You think in funnel steps: traffic ? add-to-cart ? checkout ? purchase
- Data-first, self-directed, strong written English
- Good design Skills / Good eye for design
WHAT WE OFFER
- $700-1,100/month depending on experience
- Full-time, long-term role with a fast-growing company (we plan to be at 100+ brands)
- Clear playbooks and SOPs — you will always know what good looks like
- 13th month pay
HOW TO APPLY (Required):
1. Start your application with "Kanemitsu is the Amazing!" so we know you read this far - This should be appended in the title.
2. Answer in 5 sentences or less: a store gets 3% add-to-cart but only 0.8% purchase. Walk through your diagnosis: what do you look at, in what order?
3. Include your relevant experience.
4. Share a bit more about your hands-on experience with CRO and A/B testing - specifically, I'd like to hear about a real test you managed—what variant won, what lost, and what key takeaway or hypothesis drove those results.
Shortlisted candidates will complete a PAID trial project before any interview. The trial is the interview.
Details is very important. Applications with missing details will be ignored.
