JOB OVERVIEW

We are a **DTC supplement brand** in the health and wellness space looking for an **AI UGC Creative Specialist** who can create highly realistic AI UGC ads using advanced AI video tools like Flow, Veo 3, Higgsfield, Seedance, Kling, Runway, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Premiere Pro, and similar tools.

This role is mainly focused on **realistic AI UGC**.

We are not looking for basic editors, simple HeyGen talking head videos, generic AI avatar content, podcast clips, info product edits, or low-quality AI slop.

**DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A REAL PORTFOLIO OF AI UGC ADS MADE FOR DIRECT RESPONSE ECOMMERCE OR DTC BRANDS.**

## What We Need

We need someone who can create realistic AI UGC that feels native, believable, and performance-driven.

You should be able to create:

* Realistic AI customer testimonials
* Selfie-style talking head videos
* AI doctor or expert-style videos
* Natural-looking AI avatars that feel like real people
* Direct response video ads for ecommerce brands
* Scroll-stopping hooks, strong pacing, captions, B-roll, voiceover, and final edits
* **3D animated ads in claymation and Pixar-style animation for product storytelling**

We want someone who understands how to make ads that get people to **stop scrolling, watch, click, and buy**.

While the main focus of this role is realistic AI UGC, the ability to create **high-quality 3D animated ads, claymation, Pixar-style visuals, and cinematic AI scenes for product storytelling** is also highly valued.

The main thing we care about is whether you can create **realistic AI UGC for direct response ecommerce ads**.

## Requirements

You must have experience creating AI UGC ads for ecommerce or DTC brands.

You must understand direct response advertising, hooks, pacing, retention, emotional angles, and conversion-focused editing.

You must be strong with advanced AI tools, especially Flow, Veo 3, Higgsfield, Seedance, Kling, Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar tools.

Experience creating **3D animated, claymation, and Pixar-style product ads** is a strong plus.

You must be able to work from scripts, references, briefs, hooks, and creative direction.

You must be reliable, responsive, and able to hit deadlines without being chased.

You must be able to work Monday to Friday.

You must be able to handle around **8–12 briefs per week**.

Most briefs will be **3–4 minutes long** and may include AI footage, voiceover, captions, pacing, B-roll, and final delivery.

## Compensation

Up to **$2,500 per month** depending on experience, output, quality, and reliability.

There is also room for incentives and performance-based bonuses for the right person.

We are looking for someone long-term who wants to grow with the brand.
