Rose Legal Services LLC, based in St. Louis, MO, is a thriving criminal defense and DWI law firm. Our team focuses solely on representing individuals facing charges, arrests, or investigations. We also handle closely related civil litigation like expungements, driver’s license cases, and orders of protection. Responsibilities:
• Detailed data entry and document processing.
• Drafting client correspondence, including letters and informative documents.
• Handling court filings and submissions.
• Answering client inquiries and maintaining effective communication.
• Collaborating with tea ---------- mbers for general office support.
• Utilizing technology for efficient workflow.
• Conducting client intake and initial information gathering.
• Coordinating with external parties, such as courts and prosecutors.
• Participating in tea ---------- etings and contributing to workflow improvements.
• Adapting to evolving tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• Upholding a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, we're looking for someone who possesses:
• Fluent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude as part of a team.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Proficiency in IT skills to maintain technology, including Microsoft Office Systems.
• Law graduate or Juris Doctor graduate is preferred.
• Availability to work U.S. CST hours on a full-time basis.
