Duties and responsibilities:

Take the lead in managing real estate transactions from contract to close:
• Handle all contract-to-close processes with accuracy and efficiency
• Review agreements, addendums, and documents for compliance
• Open escrow and track key deadlines (inspections, financing, contingencies)
• Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, and escrow/title partners
• Prepare and send disclosures and required documentation
• Keep CRM and transaction platforms updated
• Ensure all documents are complete, signed, and compliant
• Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closings
• Provide regular updates to clients and agents
• Support post-closing follow-ups and retention efforts

Requirements:

• Experience as a Transaction Coordinator, Real Estate Assistant, or similar
• Strong understanding of real estate contracts and timelines
• Familiarity with tools like DocuSign, KW Command, or similar
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Self-driven and able to work independently

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 3- 10 years of relevant experience
• Keller Williams/Command experience is a PLUS

Work Schedule
