JOB OVERVIEW

Soare Productions is a 13-year-old premium real estate media agency operating across Hawaii, Toronto, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Florida. We work with 1,000+ real estate agents and produce hundreds of pieces of content per month.

We're looking for editors to join us on stable, ongoing work, not one-off projects.

WHAT YOU'LL EDIT

Vertical reels for Instagram (30-90 seconds, hook-driven)
Listing tours (vertical and horizontal)
Agent-on-camera reels
Premium creative concept work for our top tier

Consistent editors with us earn $3,000-4,500+ per month, year-round. This is output-based, not a flat salary, so your earnings scale with the volume you can reliably handle.

HARD REQUIREMENTS

Final Cut Pro on a Mac. Our workflow, templates, and project files are built around FCP, so this is required
Higgsfield expertise. You should be comfortable generating and integrating AI-driven motion and effects into real client work, not just experimenting with it
1+ year editing real estate specifically. Generic showreels won't be considered
Stable, fast internet capable of handling large file transfers daily
Strong written English (Slack, ---------- , and Airtable every day)
Available Tuesday to Saturday, 9AM-5PM Hawaii time
