JOB OVERVIEW

We're a performance marketing agency running paid media and CRO for about 10 DTC ecommerce brands. Our clients run their own stores day to day. We need someone to handle the Shopify changes our work requires — bulk edits, template rollouts, A/B test setup, shipping and promo changes — across those client stores.

This is project-based work, not daily store management.

What you'd do:

- Shipping: edit rates, add and configure shipping zones and regions, set up Shopify Markets
- Bulk product edits: filter products by collection, type or tag, then apply templates or update fields in the bulk editor
- Theme editor: duplicate the theme before any change, add and arrange sections and blocks, paste in code we give you, publish once approved
- Launch A/B tests in ABConvert, Intelligems or Elevate, and check both variants work on desktop and mobile before traffic goes live
- Set up and end promos on schedule: discount codes, automatic discounts, announcement bars
- General admin: collections, metafields, navigation, URL redirects, app settings
- Run test purchases to confirm tracking events are firing, screenshot the result, and tell us if they aren't
- Export data from Shopify analytics when we need it for reporting
- Keep a simple log of what you changed on each client store

What this role is not:

You won't be building or fixing tracking, troubleshooting product feeds, writing copy, or designing pages. We have people for that.

What we need from you:

- You've worked across multiple Shopify stores, not just one — agency, freelance or brand-side is all fine
- Comfortable in the theme editor on Online Store 2.0 themes, especially Dawn-based ones
- Basic HTML/CSS. You don't need to be a developer, but you should be able to paste a code block where we tell you without breaking the page
- You follow a checklist exactly, and when something isn't on the checklist you ask instead of guessing
- You never make changes to a live store without confirming first
- Clear written English, some overlap with US business hours

Details:

- Remote, ongoing
- $6-$12/hr, paid on the 1st and the 15th
- We cover the bank transfer fees
- You'll work across several client stores through our agency partner account
