# Print Ad Designer / Graphic Designer | Work From Home | PHP 85.99/hour

We are looking for a **Print Ad Designer / Graphic Designer** to join our growing team in a **100% work-from-home position**.

In this role, you will create print advertisements for newspapers and other publications using a specialized proprietary design platform. The platform is designed to make the ad creation process simple and efficient, and we will provide complete training on the software, workflow, and quality standards.

You do not need years of professional design experience, but you **must have some previous design experience and a good eye for design**. You should understand what makes an advertisement look clean, professional, balanced, and visually appealing.

## What You'll Be Doing

* Creating newspaper and print advertisements using our client's proprietary design platform
* Designing ads based on provided content, instructions, templates, and branding
* Arranging text, images, colors, fonts, and other design elements
* Making sure advertisements are visually clean, balanced, and professional
* Reviewing completed ads for spelling, formatting, alignment, spacing, and design issues
* Producing multiple advertisements throughout the workday while maintaining consistent quality
* Making revisions when necessary based on feedback
* Communicating and working closely with our trainers and other members of the design team

## What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

* Has previous graphic design or other relevant design experience
* Has a strong eye for layout and visual presentation
* Understands basic design principles such as typography, spacing, alignment, hierarchy, color, and composition
* Has experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design software
* Has strong attention to detail
* Has good written and verbal English communication skills
* Is comfortable learning new software and systems
* Can follow instructions and established processes
* Is reliable, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a remote team
* Has a reliable computer and internet connection

You do **not** need to be an advanced graphic designer. We are looking for someone with a good design foundation and visual judgment who can learn our system and consistently produce quality work.

## Full Training Provided

We provide complete training for this position.

We have our own training system and dedicated trainers who will teach you how to use the design platform, understand the workflow, and create advertisements that meet our quality standards.

Previous experience with this specific platform is **not required**.

## Compensation & Work Setup

**Starting salary: PHP 85.99/hour**

This is a **fully remote, 100% work-from-home position**.

There will be opportunities for increased compensation and additional responsibilities for team members who perform well and grow with the company.
