JOB OVERVIEW

Ultimate Stadium Sak® is a growing U.S.-based e-commerce brand behind a patented wearable sleeping bag designed for sports spectators and outdoor families. We're looking for a creative, organized, and reliable Content Marketing Virtual Assistant to help execute our weekly social media, Pinterest, and blog content.

We need someone with a strong eye for design who knows how to execute polished, on-brand content across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. This is a content creation and execution role — not a marketing strategy or copywriting role.

How the Role Works

We provide you with everything you need to create great content:

Weekly content strategy and calendar
Post topics and concepts
Most captions/copy
Blog copy
Photos and video footage
Brand guidelines
Product information
Pinterest direction

Your job is to take that direction and turn it into beautiful, polished, on-brand content — and make sure it's published correctly. You should be someone who can take an idea and run with it without needing detailed instructions for every design decision.

Weekly Social Media Responsibilities

Create approximately 3 feed posts per week, including:

3 short-form Reels
3 static graphics or carousels
Reel covers when needed
Daily Instagram/Facebook Story content, generally 3–5 frames

You will:

Edit provided video footage into engaging Reels
Add appropriate text, music, transitions, and captions
Design clean, elevated graphics and carousels
Repurpose existing content when appropriate
Create Story graphics from weekly content
Maintain consistent branding
Prepare and schedule approved content
Pinterest + Blog Responsibilities

Each week:

Format and publish approximately 1 provided blog post
Create 1 Pinterest Pin connected to the weekly blog
Create approximately 2 additional static Pinterest Pins
Add appropriate Pinterest titles, descriptions, links, and boards
Make sure all Pins link to the correct destination

Pinterest experience is important. We're looking for someone who understands that Pinterest is a visual search platform, not simply another social media feed.

Content Scheduling

We use Metricool to organize and schedule content. You'll be responsible for:

Loading approved content
Scheduling Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest content
Checking captions, links, graphics, and formatting
Confirming scheduled content publishes correctly
Keeping the content calendar current

Experience with Metricool is helpful but not required if you're comfortable learning new software.

Content Organization

You'll also help maintain an organized content library including:

Raw video
Product photography
Customer content/UGC
Archived footage
Finished Reels
Graphics
Pinterest designs
Blog images
Previously published content

Organization and attention to detail are extremely important for this role.

Basic website/blog formatting
Following an established brand style

Experience with Shopify blogs and Metricool is strongly preferred.

You should also have excellent written English and be able to communicate clearly with a U.S.-based business.

We are not looking for overly busy graphics, clip-art-style sports designs, or content that looks obviously AI-generated. A strong visual eye is very important for this position.

Compensation

The starting rate for this position is $2.35/hour. Please only apply if you are comfortable with this rate.
