What the job is

We run supplement brands and we advertise on Facebook every single day. Our best-performing ads are AI-generated video: VSLs built from a script, carried by B-roll we generate ourselves.

We have the scripts. We have the system. We need the person who turns a script into a finished Meta ad, every day, using Higgsfield and Google Flow.

Your work

1. Turn the script into a finished VSL.
You get a written script — hook, problem, mechanism, offer. You produce the video that delivers it: generated scenes, voiceover, cuts, captions, sound. Finished ad, ready to upload.

2. Generate the B-roll that carries each beat.
The script says "most people take three supplements a day" — you produce the shot that shows it. You write the prompts in Higgsfield and Google Flow, you generate, and you keep the look consistent from scene to scene: same lighting, same product, same world.

3. Regenerate until it matches.
The first output is never the one. You see what is off — the hands, the label, the timing, the lighting — you fix the prompt and go again. This is most of the craft.

4. Cut it for Meta.
The first three seconds d ---------- everything. You feel it when a cut lands one beat too slow. Correct dimensions, correct length, caption style, naming convention — every time, no interpretation.

5. Deliver a batch every day, and apply the notes.
You send the day's videos for review, you get revision notes back, you apply them the same day and resend. This loop is the job.

6. Log everything.
Every video archived with a unique name and the prompts that made it. We must be able to re-cut or rebuild any winner months later without starting from scratch.

What we need from you
You have made AI video before, with Higgsfield or Google Flow. Kling, Veo or Runway also count. You already know the first generation is rarely usable.
You can edit properly. CapCut, Premiere or After Effects — pacing, captions, sound design, clean exports.
You understand what makes an ad hold attention. A VSL is not a montage. It builds.
You follow the format exactly. Dimensions, length, captions, naming. Not open to interpretation.
Written English good enough to work from our scripts and answer our revision notes.
Extremely organised. Files, versions, prompts, archives.
You deliver every single day. This is volume with a rhythm, not one masterpiece a month.
Nice to have

ElevenLabs or any voice cloning. UGC-style ads. Direct response video — VSLs, advertorials. Facebook Ads Manager. Supplement or health brands.
