JOB OVERVIEW

Growing DTC brand. This role owns Facebook posting and ad comment moderation, working directly alongside the Creative Strategist and Founder. You should know your way around Meta Ads Manager.

THIS ROLE IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL VA ROLE.

The goal is not clearing a task list. The goal is protecting brand reputation on every ad running — comments answered or removed, objections handled, trust held.

WHO ARE YOU

A high-level VA who has worked with ecom brands before and understands creative strategy and brand reputation, not just task execution. You've read Breakthrough Advertising by Eugene Schwartz and know it, not just skimmed it. You know why a comment thread can sink an ad's performance and how to stop that before it happens.

THE ROLE

Reports to: Creative Strategist and Founder Type: Independent contractor, ongoing Focus: Posting on Facebook and moderating ad comments to protect brand reputation

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Post content to Facebook that will run as ads.
- Protect brand reputation/ Moderate comments on ad campaigns at minimum every 3 days — hide/remove as needed.
- Flag anything that needs attention
- Coordinate with the Creative Strategist on messaging consistency across posts and ad comments
- Manage comments in Ads Manager, including adding comments to winning ads and hiding negative ones.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience working with an ecom brand — portfolio or references required
- Have read and know Breakthrough Advertising by Eugene Schwartz
- Understands direct response and creative strategy, not just social media management
- Native-level written English
- Self-managed — checks in on schedule, doesn't need reminders to moderate
