JOB OVERVIEW

Terrafina AI is looking for a full-time Appointment Setter & Lead Conversion Specialist to help our Home Improvement clients convert inbound leads into booked appointments.(Flooring businesses mainly)

This is not a traditional cold-calling role. The majority of the people you will contact have already submitted an inquiry to one of our clients and expressed interest in their services. Your job will be to call new leads quickly, follow up consistently with leads who have not yet booked, answer basic questions, qualify the opportunity, and schedule appointments directly into the client's calendar.

You will also help confirm upcoming appointments, reschedule cancellations, recover no-shows, and reactivate older leads who may still be interested.

You will work across multiple Terrafina AI client accounts, primarily in the home improvement industry, and will be responsible for keeping lead statuses, notes, and appointment information accurate inside our CRM.

Terrafina AI will provide training, client-specific information, scripts, talk tracks, qualification guidelines, and appointment-setting resources. We are looking for someone who can use those resources while still sounding natural, confident, friendly, and professional on the phone.

The ideal candidate has strong spoken English, previous phone or appointment-setting experience, is comfortable making a high volume of calls, and understands the importance of persistent follow-up.

Your primary goal will be simple:

Turn as many qualified inbound leads as possible into booked appointments that actually show up.

This is a full-time remote position working with U.S.-based clients and customers during U.S. business hours.
