ROLE OVERVIEW

This role supports Amazon content creators and online entrepreneurs as they grow their businesses and expand their teams. The position combines content management, video editing, product research, brand outreach, and administrative support.

We're looking for someone who is highly motivated, reliable, and easy to communicate with, and who genuinely enjoys the creative process. The right candidate is passionate about video editing and takes pride in helping create the best content possible. We also want someone who is eager to contribute to the growth of the business, take initiative, and grow with the team, with opportunities to earn additional performance-based bonuses along the way.

Successful candidates must complete a paid 40-hour training program. Training is paid at a flat rate of $125 USD and runs from September 28 - October 2, 2026, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PHT, including a one-hour lunch break. Full attendance, active participation, and completion of all learning assessments are required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Manage and maintain published product content, including videos, product links, collections, and page organization
- Edit short-form and long-form videos
- Organize footage, creative assets, documents, and project files
- Upload, schedule, publish, and update content across designated platforms
- Create simple graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets using Canva
- Conduct product research using provided tools and processes
- Communicate with brands and assist with outreach, follow-ups, and partnership coordination
- Maintain spreadsheets, outreach records, databases, and operational trackers
- Follow documented processes and contribute to workflow improvements
- Support YouTube content organization and optimization as the role develops

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- More than 1 year of video editing experience, including long-form videos and short-form repurposing
- Intermediate proficiency in CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
- Intermediate proficiency in Canva and a basic understanding of graphic design principles
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Highly motivated, determined, and driven, with a strong eagerness to learn, work hard, and continuously improve
- Experience with content scheduling, publishing, or content management
- Experience managing content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and learn new systems quickly
- Reliable high-speed internet connection of at least 100 Mbps and a professional remote work setup
- Must be comfortable with Hubstaff installed and used for productivity monitoring, time tracking, and payroll

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience supporting content creators, influencers, or online businesses
- Background in administrative support, content coordination, social media support, or community management
- Experience with brand outreach or partnership coordination
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or the Amazon Influencer Program

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

- $700 to $1000 USD per month, depending on experience and skills
- Paid 40-hour training program at a flat rate of $125 USD
- Paid sick days
- 13th-month pay (pro-rated if applicable)
- Paid Philippine regular holidays
- Some schedule flexibility, with a mutually agreed-upon work schedule and generally consistent daily hours
