I run a content brand at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and coding. I post 10 to 14 short-form videos a week on TikTok and Instagram, work with brands on UGC, and run a ---------- community. I'm the bottleneck on all of it and I need someone to take the repetitive work so I can stay on camera and close deals.

Long-term role. I want someone I'm still working with in two years.

What you'll do:

Watch competitor videos in my niche daily. Log the ones that outperformed, transcribe the hook, file the format into Notion.
Triage Instagram and TikTok DMs and story replies. Answer easy ones from my scripts. Flag brand inquiries same day.
Sort my email inbox and tag brand deals by priority so nothing sits for two weeks.
Moderate my ---------- . Answer common questions, welcome new members, keep it alive.
Manage my UGC creator accounts. Warming, posting schedules, keeping them active and healthy.
Support live brand deals. Track deliverables and deadlines, deliver files, confirm specs. I handle rates and contracts.
Keep the content calendar in Notion accurate. Schedule and post finished videos.

What I need from you:

You actually use TikTok and Instagram daily and understand how they work. Not just "I've posted before."
You can look at a video and tell me why it performed, not just that it did.
Experience running or growing social accounts that aren't your own.
---------- experience. You've moderated or been active in a real server.
Solid written English. You're replying to people as me.
Notion experience.
At least 6 hours of overlap with Eastern Time (Toronto), Monday to Friday.
Reliable internet and a backup when power goes out.
You ask questions when instructions are unclear instead of guessing.

Nice to have:

Interest in tech, AI, or cybersecurity.
Experience with a creator or influencer's accounts.
Basic video editing or CapCut.
