JOB OVERVIEW

Meta Ads Specialist | Part-Time Remote | Philippines
We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist based in the Philippines to support a growing Australian business brokerage and consulting business.

This is a part-time remote role initially requiring approximately 6 to 11 hours per week, with the opportunity for hours to increase as the role and campaigns develop.

Primary Objective

Your main focus will be generating qualified vendor leads in Australia, specifically reaching business owners who are considering selling their businesses.

You will also support campaigns advertising businesses currently for sale to relevant potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Generate qualified Australian business vendor leads
• Target potential buyers for businesses currently on the market
• Monitor, optimise and report on campaign performance
• Test audiences, messaging and campaign strategies to improve results
• Provide guidance on creative assets, including imagery, video, copy, hooks and CTAs
• Work collaboratively with our marketing support to develop effective campaign creatives
• Provide clear recommendations based on campaign data and performance

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of lead-generation campaigns
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, targeting, retargeting and campaign optimisation
• Ability to demonstrate previous campaign results or case studies
• Good understanding of what makes effective Meta advertising creative
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and making recommendations

Experience within business brokerage is not required. We are more interested in strong Meta knowledge and demonstrated lead-generation ability.

There may also be opportunities to support Meta campaigns for our business coaching and consulting services.

Hours: Approximately 6 to 11 hours per week initially, with potential to increase
Location: Remote, Philippines
Rate: Negotiable based on experience
