About Us

Highline Financial Services is an Australian finance brokerage helping clients with vehicle finance, equipment and asset finance, business and commercial finance, and personal lending solutions.

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join us and help grow our business.

You do not need to know everything about finance from day one. We are happy to teach the right person about our business and services. What is most important to us is that you are proactive, communicate well, learn quickly and genuinely want to help us grow.

What Will You Focus on First?

For the first 1–2 months, we will have a trial period where your main focus will be:

* Social media marketing – creating and posting engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
* Generating new leads – looking for creative ways to attract potential finance customers and bring new enquiries into the business
* Website live chat – monitoring our website chat during working hours and responding quickly to visitors
* Following up enquiries – making sure potential clients receive a fast, friendly response and encouraging them to complete an enquiry/application
* SEO – working on improving our Google presence and helping more potential customers find our website
* Website improvements – suggesting ideas that could help increase enquiries and conversions

During this period, I want to see what ideas and strategies you can bring to the business and how effective your approach is at increasing our online presence and generating genuine leads.

You will have time to learn Highline Financial Services properly and understand what we do. I don’t expect you to know everything immediately.

As the Role Develops

Once you become comfortable with the business, the role can gradually expand into areas such as:

* Creating graphics using Canva
* Creating reels and short-form videos
* Researching content ideas and industry trends
* WordPress updates and blog content
* Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok advertising
* Monitoring marketing performance
* CRM management
* Following up clients
* Assisting clients with the initial stages of finance applications
* Inbox management and appointment scheduling
* Client database management
* Google review requests and reputation management
* Researching competitors and suggesting new ideas

You won’t necessarily be expected to do all of these things immediately. We want to build the role around your strengths and develop it over time.

Who We’re Looking For

We would love to hear from you if you:

* Have excellent written and spoken English
* Are comfortable communicating with Australian customers
* Have strong attention to detail
* Are reliable and responsive
* Can work independently without needing constant direction
* Enjoy social media and digital marketing
* Are comfortable using Canva and AI tools
* Are willing to learn new systems and skills
* Like coming up with new ideas
* Understand that responding quickly to a new lead is very important

Experience in social media marketing, SEO, lead generation, WordPress or customer service would be a big advantage.

Experience in finance, lending, banking or insurance is helpful, but definitely not essential.

What Success Looks Like

I’m not looking for someone who simply completes a checklist every day.

I’d love to find someone who becomes involved in the business, brings me ideas and says things like, “Santo, I think we should try this” or “I’ve found a way we might be able to generate more leads.”

During the initial trial period, I’ll mainly be looking at the quality and consistency of your work, how proactive you are, how quickly website visitors and enquiries are responded to, improvements to our social media and SEO, and most importantly whether your approach is helping us create new business opportunities.

If things go well, my goal is to find someone who can become a long-term and important part of Highline Financial Services as the business grows.
