We are looking for a highly professional, reliable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or suitably qualified Allied Health Professional based in the Philippines to join our growing team as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant.
This is a long-term opportunity for a healthcare professional who would like to use their clinical knowledge, communication skills and administrative experience in an Australian healthcare environment.
You will work closely with our Australian management and healthcare teams and assist with day-to-day client communication, administration, coordination, documentation and business operations.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide remote healthcare administration and client support to Divine Health Care.

Your healthcare background will be particularly valuable because you may communicate with clients, families, carers, support workers, healthcare professionals and other service providers.
Previous Australian healthcare experience is highly desirable but not essential.
Training will be provided on Divine Health Care's systems, procedures and Australian healthcare processes relevant to the position.
Healthcare Qualification – Mandatory
Applicants must have a relevant healthcare qualification and current professional registration where applicable.
Strong preference will be given to:
Registered Nurses (RN)
Occupational Therapists
Physiotherapists
Exercise Physiologists
Speech Pathologists
Other appropriately qualified Allied Health Professionals
For Registered Nurses, current nursing registration/licence in the Philippines is required.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Communication
Answer incoming client calls professionally.
Make outbound calls when required.
Communicate with clients, family members and carers.
Respond to client enquiries by telephone and
Listen carefully to client needs and concerns.
Gather relevant information from clients and families.
Provide clear and professional information within approved company procedures.
Follow up clients when required.
Maintain a compassionate and respectful communication style.
Escalate clinical, medical or complex matters to the appropriate Australian team member.
2. Client Intake & Information Gathering
You may assist with the initial collection and organisation of client information.
Responsibilities may include:
Collecting relevant client information.
Recording client requirements accurately.
Understanding general care and support needs.
Communicating with clients, families and carers.
Collecting information required for service coordination.
Updating client records.
Identifying information that may require further review.
Escalating matters requiring clinical or management attention.
Important: This position does not involve independently diagnosing medical conditions or providing clinical treatment.
Any clinical matter outside the approved scope of the role must be referred to the appropriate Australian healthcare professional.
3. Care Coordination Support
The successful candidate may assist the Australian team with coordination and administrative activities, including:
Coordinating client appointments.
Following up clients and service providers.
Communicating with support workers and healthcare professionals.
Assisting with service schedules.
Maintaining accurate client information.
Following up outstanding documentation.
Assisting with client onboarding.
Monitoring outstanding tasks.
Updating management regarding client-related matters.
4. Healthcare Administration
Responsibilities will include:
Managing
Entering information into CRM and internal systems.
Maintaining accurate client records.
Data entry.
Preparing documents and reports.
Maintaining spreadsheets.
Organising electronic files.
Scheduling appointments.
Maintaining calendars.
Preparing information for management.
Following internal administrative procedures.
Maintaining confidentiality of client information.
5. Documentation & Record Keeping
Accurate documentation is extremely important in this position.
You will be expected to:
Maintain accurate client records.
Update CRM notes following client communication.
Record telephone conversations and relevant information.
Maintain follow-up records.
Ensure documentation is complete and organised.
Follow Divine Health Care's documentation procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
6. Communication With Healthcare Professionals
You may communicate with:

7. Follow-Up & Coordination
Strong follow-up skills are essential.
You will be responsible for:
Following up clients.
Following up appointments.
Following up documentation.
Following up service providers.
Monitoring outstanding tasks.
Updating CRM records.
Ensuring important matters are not overlooked.
Providing regular updates to the Australian management team.
