JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our growing team.
This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to make a meaningful impact on the success of our business.
Work Schedule (US EST) Sunday-Thursday 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

*Responsibilities
Office Management
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Answer phones, respond to emails
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Provide administrative support to management

*Light Bookkeeping
Process invoices and accounts payable/receivable
Work in QuickBooks or similar accounting software

*Sales & Customer Relations
Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads
Virtual Sales
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales paperwork
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Assist in developing new business opportunities
Help achieve company sales goals through exceptional customer service and follow-up

*Marketing
Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create engaging content and marketing campaigns
Develop and send email marketing campaigns
Design promotional materials using Canva or similar software
Monitor marketing performance and recommend new strategies

*Qualifications
Experience in office management or administration
Bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks preferred)
Sales or customer service experience
Experience with social media and email marketing
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing software
Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented
