JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Virtual Assistant to support our stock controlling and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and update inventory records accurately
- Track stock movements and investigate discrepancies
- Assist in stock mutation processes and data management
- Coordinate with the team regarding inventory updates and issues
- Ensure all records are organized and up to date

Qualifications:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in inventory management, logistics, or similar roles is an advantage
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
- Ability to follow processes and work independently

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with warehouse or inventory systems
- Background in data analysis or stock controlling is a plus
