JOB OVERVIEW

We are a chimney and masonry company in Michigan, USA. We are new, so the person who joins now grows with the business. I am looking for one reliable person to own our pipeline and keep everything organized.

**The money**

$260/month for 20 hours per week, paid weekly via Wise
Base increases to $350/month after a successful 90-day period
$2 bonus per verified decision-maker contact with a confirmed name and direct phone number
5% commission on collected revenue from any account I close off your list, capped at $150 per job

Hours and base increase as we grow. First hire, first in line for more.

**What you'll do**

Build prospect lists of churches, schools, property management companies, HOAs, restaurants and municipal buildings in Southeast Michigan
Find decision-maker names, titles, direct phone numbers and emails
Send cold email outreach and run follow-up sequences
Deliver me a daily call list so I can make the calls myself
Own the CRM. Every lead, every stage, every next action, current
Track open jobs from quote to completion so nothing gets dropped
Handle scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders
Follow up with completed customers and request Google reviews
Monitor city and school district procurement pages for posted bids

**Requirements**

Good conversational English, spoken and written. Not required to be perfect, but you must be comfortable talking with me directly and occasionally confirming appointments with US customers.
Experience with lead generation, B2B research or admin support
Organized above all else. This role is judged on nothing falling through the cracks.
Comfortable with Google Sheets
Reliable internet

What I provide: CRM, email tools, scripts, training, and direct access to me with no layers in between.
