JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a reliable, confident communicator who wants a **small, flexible side position with room to grow.

This is NOT a 4–8 hour/day position.

We currently need approximately 1 focused hour per day** to work our real estate leads and database.

The goal is simple:

???? Follow up → ???? Start conversations → ???? Find motivated buyers/sellers → ???? Set appointments

WHAT YOU'LL DO

During your daily hour:

* Call new and existing leads
* Follow up with older leads
* Contact past clients
* Reconnect with potential buyers and sellers
* Identify anyone thinking about moving, buying, or selling
* Schedule qualified appointments
* Update notes in our CRM

We provide the leads and direction—you provide one productive
This position is ideal for someone who:

* Already works remotely and wants additional income
* Has availability for 1 extra hour per day
* Wants a long-term U.S. real estate client
* Wants an opportunity that can grow into additional hours
* Is motivated by performance bonuses

**Do well with 1 hour, and there is opportunity to earn more and take on additional work.**

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✅ Real estate experience preferred
✅ Comfortable speaking with U.S. homeowners
✅ Reliable and consistent
✅ Organized with follow-up
✅ Able to work independently
✅ CRM experience is a plus
