JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,
I run a fast-growing health and wellness page on Facebook and Instagram built around an AI avatar, plus a network of additional pages. The videos are fully AI-generated. I write the scripts — you turn them into finished videos.
I am looking for one or two experienced AI video creators to join long-term.

WHAT THIS JOB ACTUALLY IS
You receive a plain text script from me and handle everything from there — image generation, video generation, and the final edit — and deliver a minimum of 6 finished videos per day, ready to post.
To be clear: this is NOT an editing job, and it is NOT a training role. I am not looking for someone to cut footage I hand them, and I am not going to teach you the tools from scratch. I need someone who already produces at a high level from day one — generating, judging whether an output is good enough, re-generating when it isn't, and assembling the final video in CapCut.
I will give you my scripts, my reference videos and my style rules. You should be producing on day one with minimal direction. The process is fast and repeatable once you know the style.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU
Proven hands-on experience with Google Flow / Veo 3 — generating photorealistic AI video from written prompts, clean vertical short-form, ready to post. Not "I use ChatGPT." I mean real work you can show me. Please include examples of your work.
GPT Images and Nano Banana (1, 2 and Pro) — hyper-realistic AI image generation, and knowing when to use which. Character appearance, clothing and setting must stay consistent across every generation in a video.
ElevenLabs for voiceover, timed so there is no dead air and no cut-off lines.

CapCut — text overlays, font styling, music syncing, color grading and precise pacing. You can look at a reference video and replicate the editing style exactly, without being told every detail.
An eye for when a generation is unusable — distorted hands, unnatural movement, a face that changes between clips. You catch it and re-run it. You do not send it to me because it was your fourth attempt.
Strong written and spoken English.

High output. 3-6 videos a day, 5–6 days a week, consistently — not 9 one day and 2 the next.
Some creative range. Most days you follow the style exactly. Occasionally I will send a script with image and video inspiration attached and ask you to build a new style from it.
Stable internet and a computer that can handle video work.

WHAT I PROVIDE
I pay for google flow and every tool you will use. You will not spend a single peso on anything. Your only job is to create videos.
Access to the accounts you need to work.
All the scripts. You do not have to come up with ideas.
My reference videos and style rules, so you know exactly what "good" looks like.
Serious, friendly working environment. I respond fast and I expect the same.
PAY
$3.00 to $3.30 per approved video, depending on your level.
Bonuses for videos that go viral.
One reasonable round of revisions is included in that rate. If a video has to be redone because my instructions were not followed, that is not a separate paid job.
