## Read this part first
This is not a "post 3x a week and send me a dashboard" job. This is for an expert, experienced social media manager.
I run a somatic trauma-healing mentorship. My clients are high-performers who understand their patterns intellectually but cannot change them when they get triggered. The content that works speaks to that gap in raw, specific, body-level language. The content that fails sounds like every other wellness account.
You will not enjoy this role if your heart is not in it, and if you do not resonate with the content, it is truly a transformational and spiritual journey that my work guides people through.
I want someone that is heart-centered and believes in this work.
I need one person who owns the entire social engine: strategy, calendar, execution, testing, reporting, and the systems that keep it all running without me chasing anyone. You will not be handed a playbook to follow. You will build it, run it, and prove it works with numbers.
I already have a video editor. You are not editing video. You are directing what gets made and why.
---
## What you actually own
**Strategy**
- Own the 90-day content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Collaborate with my team, what we make, why we make it, and what each piece is supposed to do in the funnel
- Bring me a point of view. "What do you want me to post?" is not a question I want to answer.
**Planning + project management**
- Build and run the content calendar. Nothing slips. Ever.
- Manage the production pipeline end to end: idea my on-camera shoot list editor caption schedule publish report
- Manage the editor's queue and quality bar. You are the one making sure work comes back on time and on brand.
- Keep me shooting efficiently. Batch my shoot days. Never come to me with a one-video ask.
**Execution**
- Write captions in my voice (we can use help of Claude AI). Short lines. No em dashes. Visceral. Emotionally specific.
- Build simple carousels (Canva or Figma level, clean and text-led, no design degree needed)
- Develop and execute strategy to repurpose/repost content to maximize impact
- Schedule and publish everything, including native posting when trending audio requires it
- Repurpose long-form into short-form and short-form hooks into long-form topics
**Growth systems**
- Manage DM automation, Manychat (need proficiency, doesnt not need complicated or advanced systems)
- Build and maintain the SOP library so this role is documented, not stuck in your head
**Data**
- Own weekly reporting. Not vanity metrics. I want to see: reach, watch time, saves, shares, profile visits, DM triggers, link clicks, applications booked, and where each drops off.
- Run a minimum of 2 structured tests per month. Hypothesis, variable, sample, result, decision.
- Tell me what to kill. That matters more to me than what to double.
**Community**
- Manage comments and DMs after my first-hour window (if possible)
- Escalate anything sensitive to me immediately, using a protocol we build together
---
## You must have
- **3+ years** running social for a brand or creator with real scale, not just your own account, must have experience with big accounts 200k+ following
- **Proof.** Screenshots, dashboards, case studies. Before and after. Numbers I can verify.
- Experience in **coaching, personal development, mental health, therapy, wellness, or online education.** This industry has language rules and ethical lines. You need to already know them.
- **Instagram Reels and DM funnel fluency.** ManyChat or equivalent. You have built keyword flows that converted.
- **YouTube working knowledge:** Not required but would be a bonus to make you stand out
- **Copywriting chops.** You can write a hook that stops a scroll and a caption that does different work than the video.
- **Analytics literacy.** Native platform analytics plus at least one third-party tool. You can read a retention graph and tell me exactly where the script broke.
- **Extreme ownership.** You notice things are broken and fix them before I ask.
- **Ruthless project management.** Notion, Asana, ClickUp, whatever. You keep a system and you keep it current.
---
## Bonus points
- Personal healing work of your own. Therapy, somatic work, men's or women's work, breathwork, plant medicine integration, 12-step. Anything real.
- Experience with Skool, Kajabi, or similar community platforms
- Experience with high-ticket funnels ($7.5k+ offers) and understanding that 10 right people beats 10,000 wrong ones
- Podcast clip distribution experience
- Basic video sense, so you can brief an editor precisely instead of vaguely
---
## This is not for you if
- You need to be told what to do next
- You measure success in followers
- You write in generic wellness language
- You are managing 6 other clients and this is a side slot
- Trauma/spiritual content makes you uncomfortable
---
## Non-negotiables about the work itself
- **Voice discipline.** My brand voice is specific and I do not soften it. You will get a voice guide. You will follow it exactly.
- **Consent standard.** No client story, quote, or clip goes public without documented consent. No exceptions, ever.
- **Sensitivity protocol.** People in my DMs are sometimes in real distress. You will follow an escalation process, not improvise.
- **Compliance.** No copy that implies the viewer has a diagnosis or condition. This is both a platform policy issue and an ethics issue.
---
## What success looks like
**30 days:** You have audited everything, delivered a 90-day strategy, and the calendar is full 2 weeks out at all times.
**60 days:** Production pipeline runs without me managing it. Two tests completed with documented results. Weekly reporting is automatic.
**90 days:** Measurable lift in qualified DM conversations and applications booked from organic. Not reach. Applications.

# HOW TO APPLY
**Do not send a generic resume and cover letter. It will be deleted unread.**
Send an
Include the following. Keep it tight.
### 1. A 3-minute Loom (max)
Talking head, no slides. Answer:
- Who are you and what have you actually grown?
- Watch my last 9 posts. Which one is the strongest and which is the weakest, and why?
- What is the single biggest thing I am getting wrong right now?
If your Loom is over 3 minutes, I stop watching at 3 minutes.
### 2. Written answers (short, no fluff)
1. Name two accounts in the trauma, somatic, or attachment space you think are doing this well, and one specific thing each does that most people miss.
2. In one paragraph: who do you think my ideal client is, and what is the emotional problem they are trying to solve?
3. Describe a test you ran that failed. What was the hypothesis, what happened, and what did you change?
4. Give me one number from your past work that you are proud of, plus the context that makes it meaningful.
5. What are you currently doing for your own inner work? One or two lines. I am not looking for a specific answer, I am looking for whether you have one.
6. What tools do you consider non-negotiable in your stack and why?
7. What is your capacity? How many other clients do you have right now?
### 3. Proof
Links, screenshots, or a portfolio. Analytics screenshots preferred over pretty grids.

# PAID TEST PROJECT (shortlist only)
Top candidates get a **paid** 10-hour test project paid on delivery whether or not you get the role.
I pay for test work because I want serious people, and because I want to see how you handle a real brief with a real deadline.
**You will get 72 hours to deliver three things:**
**Part 1: Audit (1 page max)**
Three things working on my Instagram, three things not. For each, name the metric or signal you are reading and the change you would make.
**Part 2: Build**
Take one Reel of mine that underperformed. Turn it into a 7-slide carousel in my voice. Deliver actual designed slides plus the ready-to-post caption. Then tell me in three lines why you think this version performs better.
**Part 3: Plan**
A 7-day content calendar. For each slot: format, topic, hook, funnel job, and the metric you would judge it by. Then propose one experiment for the following month with a clear hypothesis and success threshold.
---
## How I score the test
| Area | Weight | What I'm looking for |
|---|---|---|
| Strategic thinking | 30% | Does the plan connect to revenue, not reach? |
| Voice match | 25% | Does the copy sound like me, or like ChatGPT wearing my clothes? |
| Data reasoning | 20% | Are claims tied to signals, or are they opinions dressed up? |
| Craft + execution | 15% | Is the carousel clean, scannable, and ready to post as-is? |
| Communication | 10% | Tight, clear, on deadline, no hand-holding needed |
---
## Automatic disqualifiers
- Missing the subject line format
- Loom over 3 minutes or no Loom at all
- Copy that reads as unedited AI output
- Any em dash in submitted copy (yes, really, I check)
- Referencing my work in vague terms that show you did not actually watch anything
- Late test delivery with no communication
---
## Final interview questions (for my reference, not the post)
1. Walk me through the last 30 days on an account you ran. What did you d
2. I disagree with your strategy. How do you handle that?
3. A post I loved flopped. What do you say to me?
4. A client's DM says something that worries you. Walk me through your next 5 minutes.
5. What would make you quit this job in 6 months?
6. What do you need from me to do your best work?
Listen for: specificity, ownership, comfort with being wrong, and whether they ask questions back.
