Virtual Assistant, Systems & Operations
The Elevated Elopement Experience (EEE)
The Elevated Elopement Experience is a luxury, all inclusive elopement photography and planning company based in Moab, Utah. We help couples design once in a lifetime elopements, handling everything from permits and vendors to the photography and planning itself. We're a small, fast moving team with big goals, and we're looking for a Virtual Assistant who thinks in systems and genuinely enjoys figuring things out.

This role is less about checking off routine admin tasks and more about building and maintaining the tech backbone that keeps EEE running smoothly. If you love organizing chaos into clean, repeatable processes, and you're comfortable exploring new tools and AI workflows until you find the solution that works, this could be a great fit.

I'm also in the early stages of launching a separate marketing agency built around agentic AI solutions for wedding professionals. As that grows, this role may expand to include supporting that side of the business too, so I'm looking for someone genuinely excited to learn agentic AI, not just comfortable using AI tools day to day.

What You'll Do:
Support the day to day operations of a growing elopement photography business by lead outreach, managing and improving the systems, automations, and workflows behind the scenes. That includes maintaining our client management system in Dubsado, building and refining automations in Zapier, keeping our Google Drive and spreadsheets organized and up to date, designing on brand materials in Canva, and using Claude (including custom workflows and skills) to streamline repetitive work and support day to day tasks.

You'll be trusted to spot inefficiencies, propose better ways of doing things, and build the systems that let the business grow without everything depending on one person doing it manually.

What We're Looking For:
Strong tech skills and genuine comfort learning new software and tools quickly
Familiarity with Claude, including using Claude workflows and skills to support tasks and automations
Experience with Zapier, or the ability to pick up automation building fast
Experience with Dubsado, or a similar CRM/client management platform
Confident, everyday use of Google Drive and Google Sheets
Experience designing in Canva
A track record of building or improving systems and processes, not just following them
A problem solving mentality. When something doesn't work the first time, you dig in and figure it out rather than waiting to be told what to do
Eagerness to learn, curiosity about new tools, and a genuine interest in seeking out better solutions
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow through without heavy oversight
Willingness and excitement to learn agentic AI as I build out a separate AI powered marketing agency

Nice to Have:
Experience supporting a wedding, photography, or creative services business
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (we use MailerLite)
Experience with Google Ads or basic marketing systems
An interest in process documentation and SOP creation
Any exposure to AI agents, automation platforms, or building agentic workflows
