JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant (Long-Term Opportunity)

Pay: $5.00/hour USD (Non-Negotiable)
Hours: 20 hours/week

## About the Role

We're looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term.

We're NOT looking for someone with years of experience or someone who already has their own way of doing everything. We have established systems and processes, and we'll train the right person to do things our way. Must have some experience with GHL and meta ads manager.

## What You'll Do

After training, you'll assist with tasks such as:

* Updating GoHighLevel (GHL)
* Assisting with Facebook/Meta ad campaigns
* Organizing client information and CRM records
* Data entry and administrative tasks
* Building and updating funnels, forms, and workflows
* General virtual assistant support
* Other administrative and marketing-related tasks as needed

## Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

* Has experience with GHL and media buying (minimal is ok, the more experience the better)
* Is reliable and honest
* Pays close attention to detail
* Learns quickly and follows instructions well
* Has strong organizational skills
* Communicates clearly in English
* Is comfortable using computers and learning new software
* Can work independently once trained

### Experience

* Minimal experience with ---------- and Facebook/Meta Ads (Media Buying experience) please state how many yrs of experience you have in BOTH
* Experience as a Virtual Assistant is a plus.

## Compensation

* $5.00/hour USD
* 20 hours per week
* This rate is non-negotiable. If you're not comfortable with this rate, please do not apply.
* This is a long-term opportunity, and as you grow with the company, demonstrate reliability, and take on additional responsibilities, your hourly rate will increase over time.
* $600 bonus at 6 months with working with us
