About the Opportunity
LegacyPointe Care Management of Georgia is a growing U.S. based healthcare organization seeking an exceptional Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our team remotely from the Philippines.
This is not a traditional virtual assistant position.
We are looking for someone who enjoys creating, order, communicating with people, solving administrative problems, following through on details, and becoming the person a team can genuinely depend on.
You will serve as a central point of administrative support for our organization, helping manage incoming and outgoing communications, coordinating administrative workflows, supporting clients and healthcare providers, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring important tasks don't simply fall through the cracks.

What You'll Do
Your responsibilities will include:
Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Identify the caller's needs, gather accurate information, resolve routine administrative matters within your scope, and route or escalate issues appropriately.
Make outbound calls to clients, families, healthcare providers, community partners, applicants, and other stakeholders as assigned.
Follow up on outstanding documentation, records, requests, and administrative matters until they are resolved.
Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation of communication and activities.
Learn and work within specialized healthcare and Medicaid-related systems.
Assist with provider-related administrative processes, including provider setup, service coordination/brokering documentation, and transmission of required documentation.
Maintain operational trackers, work queues, follow-up lists, deadlines, and status reports.
Assist with obtaining and organizing records and other required documentation.
Monitor outstanding tasks and proactively identify items requiring follow-up
Support staff onboarding, training, administration, recruiting, and other operational projects as the role develops.
Help develop and maintain procedures, templates, checklists, and other systems that improve efficiency.
Protect confidential information and strictly follow company privacy, security, and HIPAA-related policies.
Provide leadership with clear updates regarding completed work, outstanding items, barriers, and matters requiring escalation.

Healthcare Experience
Previous experience in healthcare administration, medical offices, care coordination, health insurance, elder care, or any other healthcare environment is strongly PREFERRED but NOT REQUIRED.
We are willing to teach the right person our healthcare processes and systems.
Strong administrative ability, communication skills, judgment, initiative, and follow-through are more important to us than simply having healthcare experience.
Schedule
Full-Time: 40 hours per week
This position works during U.S. Eastern Time business hours and therefore requires an overnight schedule for team members located in the Philippines.

Compensation
P45,000-P55,000 per month, depending upon experience and demonstrated qualifications.
