JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a US-based online store selling research peptides and lab supplies. We need someone who can produce a high volume of short-form video ads for TikTok.

This is NOT a Facebook Ads job. Our category is banned on Facebook and Instagram. If your experience is all Meta ads, this role is not a fit - please do not apply.

You will be making TikTok-native ad creative: fast, native-feeling short videos that do not look like ads. We care about volume and hit rate, not polish.

PAY

- $10 USD/hour, 20 hrs/week to start
- PLUS 20% commission on every sale your ads generate, tracked through your own link
- Commission is uncapped and continues as long as you work with us
- Paid every 2 weeks, on time, no exceptions

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Produce 8-12 short video ads per week (15-30 seconds each) for TikTok
- Write your own hooks and on-screen text
- Work from our product photography, stock, and AI-generated footage
- Track which creatives perform and make more of what works
- Keep everything inside TikTok's health/wellness ad policy (we will brief you)

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

- Real TikTok ad creative you personally made, with results
- Comfort with fast, native, UGC-style editing (CapCut / Premiere / After Effects)
- English good enough to write hooks and on-screen copy that reads naturally to Americans
- Reliable internet and a machine that can edit video

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience in a restricted ad category: supplements, nutra, health, fitness, CBD
- Any TikTok Ads Manager experience (media buying) - a plus, not required
- Understanding of why a health ad gets rejected and how to rewrite it

HOW TO APPLY - READ THIS CAREFULLY

1. Send links to 3 TikTok ads you personally made. Say exactly what you did on each one (edited it, wrote the hook, shot it, all of it).
2. For one of them, tell me its actual numbers - spend, views, CTR, ROAS, whatever you have. "I don't have the numbers" is an acceptable answer. Making numbers up is not, and I will check.
3. Answer this in 2-3 sentences: a health/supplement ad you made got rejected. What did you change to get it approved? If it has never happened to you, say so honestly.
4. Put the word VIAL at the top of your message so I know you read this.

PROCESS

- Paid test: 3 ad creatives from our footage, $30 flat, paid whether or not we hire you
- If the test is good: 30-day trial at 20 hrs/week
- After the trial: more hours, and the 20% commission kicks in on everything your ads sell
