JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an EXPERIENCED PERFORMANCE MEDIA BUYER to join our team and manage campaigns targeting the U.S. MARKET.

META/FACEBOOK ADS EXPERIENCE IS THE #1 PRIORITY. We need someone who can move quickly, make smart decisions from data, and consistently improve campaign performance.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

** STRONG META/FACEBOOK ADS EXPERIENCE – this is the most important requirement.
** STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF CLOAKING, TRAFFIC-ROUTING SYSTEMS, AND THE TECHNICAL CONCEPTS SURROUNDING THEM is highly valued and will be a MAJOR CONSIDERATION IN HIRING. This experience must be applicable to lawful, platform-compliant use cases; we are not looking for methods intended to circumvent platform review or advertising policies.

Proven experience launching, managing, scaling, and optimizing conversion-focused campaigns.
Strong understanding of campaign structure, audiences, bidding, tracking, attribution, testing, and account performance.
Experience developing HIGH-CONVERTING AD CREATIVES AND CONCEPTS designed to generate attention, clicks, and purchases.
Ability to identify winning creatives quickly and continuously test new hooks, angles, offers, copy, and formats.
Experience advertising to customers in the UNITED STATES.
Experience with GOOGLE ADS AND TIKTOK ADS is an advantage, but secondary to Meta.
Strong understanding of pixels, conversion tracking, UTMs, landing pages, funnels, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, and other core performance metrics.
Able to troubleshoot problems and make changes quickly without needing constant direction.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where SPEED AND EXECUTION MATTER.

WORKING HOURS

You must be consistently available to work:

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PACIFIC TIME (PST/PDT), MONDAY–FRIDAY

WHO WE WANT

We are NOT LOOKING FOR A BEGINNER or someone who has only boosted posts.

We want someone who has spent meaningful advertising budgets, understands direct-response advertising, knows how to analyze why campaigns are winning or losing, and can take ownership of performance.

You should be the type of media buyer who can:

Launch campaigns quickly.
Spot problems quickly.
Produce and test compelling creative ideas.
Scale winners while controlling acquisition costs.
Kill losing campaigns without hesitation.
Understand the technical side of advertising and tracking.
Work independently and communicate clearly.
