About us
Pep'd is a US-based telehealth brand. Patients complete a medical intake, a licensed physician reviews it and writes the prescription where appropriate, and a partner pharmacy fulfills it. Everything we sell is prescribed and dispensed legally through that pathway.
We are small, founder-led and moving fast. You will work with the founder directly every day as well as alongside 2 other team members: Head of Paid Media, and Head of web Development
What this role is
You own everything a customer looks at. Every graphic, every ad, every image on the website, every piece of video. If it's visual, you have made it. You pass this content along to the Paid Media specialist who will deploy your work and to the web optimizer for anything website related.
Right now our website and our creative do not match the quality of the product behind them. Your job is to close that gap.
What you will be responsible for:
Graphic design
Ad creative for paid social and search, produced in volume — we test many variations, not one hero image per campaign
All website imagery: hero images, product shots, section graphics, icons IMPORTANT You will provide all signed off graphics to the company website developer who will deploy your work onto the website.
Email
Social posts across our channels
Imagery and art direction
Source high-quality licensed imagery that looks real and premium, not like generic stock
Manage our image library and keep records of every license
Build and hold a consistent visual identity across site, ads and social
Video and UGC editing
Take raw footage back from creators and cut it into ad-ready assets: hooks, multiple lengths, captions, platform-specific versions
Produce multiple cuts from a single piece of source footage
Short-form vertical video for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
Website copy and blog posts.
Requirements
3+ years in graphic design, with a portfolio of ad creative you personally made
Strong short-form video editing — Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut or After Effects. This is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have.
Fluent in Canva and either Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent written English. You will be messaging US-based creators on our behalf.
Organized enough to run a creator pipeline in a spreadsheet without being chased
Nice to have
Health, wellness, supplement or beauty brand experience
Experience producing DTC ad creative that ran against real budget
Motion graphics
Photography or product photography
Comfortable using AI tools in your creative workflow
Important — how we work
We are a healthcare brand. There are specific claims we are legally not allowed to make about our products, and there are rules about how creator partnerships must be disclosed. You will be given written guidelines covering both. You follow them exactly and you get copy approved before anything goes live.
Setup
Full-time, 40 hours/week, long-term
Fully remote
Up to $1,200/month, paid twice monthly
Include in your application:
Portfolio link - we most want to see ad creative and short-form video
One example of a video you cut from someone else's raw footage. Link to both the source and your edit if you can.
Three ad creatives you made that ran against real budget, and what happened
Look at our website. Tell us the ONE image or visual element you would change first, and what you would replace it with. Two or three sentences.
Your expected monthly salary and earliest start date
Applicants who answer question 4 specifically go to the top. Shortlisted candidates will be expected to provide a short creative campaign pitch during the second interview.
