ABOUT THIS ROLE
Behind every pre-settlement funding case is a person going through one of the toughest moments of their life — and you'll be the teammate who makes that process a little easier. As our Financial Intake Specialist, you'll be the first voice they hear, gathering the right information, moving cases forward efficiently, and making sure every client feels supported from the very first call.
This isn't just data entry. It's people work — and we take that seriously.

WHO YOU ARE
-3+ years of experience in a call center, legal, financial, or intake-related role (Required)
-Familiarity with pre-settlement funding, personal injury, or legal funding processes is a strong plus
-A warm, professional communicator — you handle sensitive conversations with care and confidence
-Detail-oriented and accurate — you know the small things make a big difference in this industry
-Comfortable managing multiple cases simultaneously without dropping the ball
-Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive client and legal information
-Flexible with shifting schedules and thrives in a fully remote setup
