We’re Looking for a Marketing Strategist — Not Just Another Marketer

Are you the kind of marketer who doesn’t just ask, “What should we post?”

But instead asks:

- “Is our marketing actually working?”
- “Where are we getting ROI?”
- “What should we stop doing?”
- “Where should we invest more?”

We’re a U.S.-based organization, the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys (AAEPA), helping attorneys grow their law firms through membership, training, and strategic education.

We’re hiring a Fractional Marketing Strategist who can think like an operator and strategist — not just an executor.

This is NOT a role where we simply hand you a list of tasks and ask you to execute.

We need someone who can look at our entire marketing ecosystem, identify opportunities, dig into the numbers, and confidently tell us:

What’s working.

What isn’t.

Why.

And what we should do next.

What you’ll be doing:

- Audit our current marketing efforts and determine what is actually producing results.
- Build and monitor tracking so we can confidently measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Recommend where we should invest, reduce, or reallocate our marketing budget.
- Analyze our CRM, contact database, lifecycle stages, funnels, and attribution.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop a focused 30/60/90-day marketing plan centered on high-impact activities.

What we’re looking for:

- You have proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in businesses with longer sales cycles.
- You’re comfortable looking at metrics, ROI, conversion rates, attribution, and budgets.
- You understand CRMs, funnels, email marketing, automation, and analytics.
- You can work independently, prioritize ruthlessly, and make smart decisions with limited hours.
- And most importantly, you have excellent written English and strong communication skills.
